We are committed to sustainable practices at Evoke Artisan Studio. Every scrap of waste material - from the slip created when throwing, to the curls of leather-hard clay from trimming - are all reclaimed and made into a new harmonious clay body to be made into another vessel.
By nature, ceramics are fragile, and we want to ensure that your vessels arrive safely to your home. This means that multiple layers of wrapping and packaging are required to endure the postal system (please note that local pickup is available in Melbourne if you would prefer). Our packaging protocol is focused on reusing or repurposing packaging materials that enter the studio (and my home!) first and foremost. This is why you may see some plastic or bubble wrap when your package arrives. Where this is not possible, sustainable packaging is sourced and used. We ask that no matter how your package arrives, that you too repurpose the materials for something of use in your home or office. There is no Planet B!
