Evoke Artisan Studio offers a diverse range of ceramic creations made by hand and in limited quantities. Since your orders are fulfilled directly from our studio in Melbourne, we urge you to make your selections thoughtfully, as returning items can pose logistical challenges and costs for both you and us.
Nevertheless, we're committed to ensuring your purchasing experience with us is seamless and risk-free. Therefore, if you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason and choose to return it, you'll have the option of receiving store credit.
Opting for store credit or a refund involves receiving credit equivalent to the item's value once it's returned to the Evoke Artisan Studios in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that shipping costs won't be refunded, and you'll bear the responsibility for return shipping expenses. We recommend utilising a trackable shipping service for returns, as store credit can only be issued upon receipt of the item.

*Regrettably, we're unable to accept returns for 'made to order' or ‘commission’ ceramic pieces. Similarly, we don't offer returns for items purchased during promotional sales events (e.g., 30% OFF Mid-Year Sale).
