This completely unique and one-off vessel has been coil-built, refined and meticulously carved and decorated by the artists hands, fired in a kiln, glazed, and fired for a second time. Due to the nature of all handmade ceramics, each piece is distinctively its own, and there will be slight variations in shape and finish and there may be slight imperfections.
This piece is inspired by the patterns of seashells found on the southern beaches of Victoria. Its design highlights the beautiful variegated patterning found in our natural environment, when you care to look closely.
Display as an artwork, or use as a functional vessel to hold fresh blooms or dried arrangements.
