The complex grey-coloured glaze, varies beautifully in depth of colour and shade when it has melted over the intricate carving. Place next to or underneath a natural light source to highlight the carved markings surrounding the piece.
This unique vessel has been wheel thrown, trimmed, hand carved and finished, fired in a kiln, glazed, and fired for a second time. Due to the nature of all handmade ceramics, each piece is distinctively its own, and there will be slight variations in shape and finish and there may be slight imperfections.
Hand made using artisanal techniques, this stoneware vase as well as the satin glazed surface, is an artwork on it's own, as well as a beautiful vessel to house your fresh blooms.
