Hand-thrown stoneware vases, each with an A-line shape drawing in to a collared neck and then a delicate flare.
These unique vessels use a mixture of two clay bodies to create this marbled effect throughout the body of the pieces. They have been wheel thrown and trimmed, and the two taller vessels then underwent an application of alternating stripes of coloured sleep, which has then been carved back using a repeating-geometric pattern. All of the vases have then been dried, fired in a kiln, glazed, and fired for a second time. Due to the nature of all handmade ceramics, each piece is distinctively its own, and there will be slight variations in shape and finish and there may be slight imperfections.
Hand made using artisanal techniques, these stoneware vases as well as the glossy glazed surfaces, are artworks on their own, as well as beautiful vessels to house your fresh blooms.

Handmade in Boon Wurrung Country and fired in Wurundjeri Country.
